Yes. If you're currently on a 1-month pack and wish to commit to 3 months, we simply apply a credit for the difference. This is discussed during your free consultation or at any point during your first month.
For individual sessions, we ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule at no additional cost. Group sessions follow a fixed schedule; individual makeup arrangements depend on group availability. Full details are confirmed during onboarding.
Group programs work best when participants are at a similar proficiency level. During your consultation, we confirm your current level and match you with an appropriate cohort. Groups are only formed once minimum participants (3) are confirmed at the same level.
Preparation programs are offered for B1, B2, C1, and C2 levels. We do not offer DELE prep below B1. If you are below this level, we recommend starting with regular lessons first to build the necessary foundation.
Payment details and preferred method are confirmed during your consultation. Programs are typically paid in full before the first session. For 3-month packs, split payment options may be available — discuss this during your free call.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams — whichever you prefer. No new software to learn. Sessions can be recorded upon request for review and personal study.
For the standard 8 hours/month programs, lessons are typically scheduled as 2 hours per week (2×1h sessions). The exact schedule is agreed upon during your consultation based on your availability. DELE prep (16h) is often scheduled more intensively to align with upcoming exam dates.
